Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Library Assistant positions at Alliance University, Bengaluru.
Qualification: A Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks
Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma / Certificate Course in Computer Application/ Library Automation from a recognized Institute with a minimum of 06 months duration.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience
IT Skills: Good ICT and Communication skills. Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer office applications like M.S Word, Excel, Powerpoint or equivalent is a must. Working knowledge with KOHA and DSpace software is essential.
The candidate will have to be ready to work in shifts and on Holidays.
Salary: As per the University norms.
