- Age Limit: (a) Between 18 & 38 Years for post No.1. (b) Between 18 & 40 Years for post No.2 (c) Between 18 & 27 Years for post No. 3, 4 & 8(d) Between 18 & 28 Years for Post No. 5 (e)Between 18 & 33 years for Post no. 6 (f) Between 18 & 30 Years for Post No.7. The Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application. Age relaxable for Government servants as per approved recruitment rules.
- Interested candidates may submit their applications in the prescribed form which can be downloaded from our website: www.ipirti.gov.in . Application fee of Rs.300/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST candidates, renewed/latest caste certificate proof should be enclosed) should be paid along with application, by way of Demand Draft drawn from any nationalized bank, in favour of The Director, IPIRTI, payable at Bangalore. - Last date for receipt of completed application form along with relevant documents is 30 days (including NE Region) from date of publication of this advertisement in the printed media. Persons already in service should apply through proper channel.
- General Instructions:
a. Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualification and experience requirements shall not vest any right in the candidate for being called for written examination and /or interview.
b. All the applications received within due date in response to this advertisement shall be considered for short-listing by a screening committee and only the candidates recommended by the screening committee will be called for appearing in the written examination/interview. The decision of the appointing authority on short-listing will be final and will not entertain any correspondence in this regard.
c. Persons working in Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Organizations should submit their applications through proper channel within the last date of receipt of application in IPIRTI.
d. The candidates belonging to SC/ST categories will be entitled to Travelling Allowance as per entitled rules of Ministry of Finance (Deptt. Of Expenditure).
e. Incomplete applications in any respect or application submitted not as per the prescribed proforma (available in the website: www.ipirti.gov.in ) or received after the prescribed last date of receipt of applications in IPIRTI shall be summarily rejected.
f. The mere fact that a candidate has been called for written examination and /or interview does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by IPIRTI. The candidate must note that if his/her ineligibility is detected at any stage before or after the written examination and /or interview or if the conditions prescribed in the Rules and instructions given in the advertisement or any other additional information/documents called for at any stage are not complied with within the time specified therein, his/her candidature will be liable for cancellation. IPIRTI will not be responsible for cancellation of candidature on this account.
g. The Appointing Authority, IPIRTI reserves right to not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reasons.
5. General instructions for Deputation:
a. Period of Deputation: in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the
same or some other organization/Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not
exceed 3 (Three) years.
b. Term of Deputation: The term of deputation of Central Government Officers will be governed in
accordance with the DoPT O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay. II) dated 17-06-2010 as amended from
time to time.
c. The candidates who apply for the post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature
d. Duties & Responsibilities: (i) Bank Reconcilation, Correspondence with Banks, Receipts/Payments,
Audit, Budget, Performance Budget, R&E statements, Annual Stock Verification, TA/DA/Local
Conveyance Bills, Statutory bills, IPIRTI Corpus Fund, PFMS, GEM, expenditures, LTC, TDS,
Maintenance of Section registers, Accounts works of Field Stations and other works assigned from
time to time. (ii) Recruitment of Staff and related correspondence, Promotions/Assessments,
Appointment of Consultants/JRFs, APARS, MACP, Ministry queries relating to staff matters, court cases, Disciplinary proceedings, Salary Bills and deduction statements, TDS on Salaries, Settlement of Death/Retirement benefits, Periodical returns to Ministry, Implementation of Ministry orders, Staff training/Seminars/Foreign visits, Parliament starred questions, RTI replies, O&M inspection, Contractual labourers/Security contract award, payments, inspection, processing for procurement of goods and services, auction of unserviceable and other related stores and purchase works, establishment works of Field Stations and other works assigned from time to time.
